today..i went back to school to revise....i was walking towards to halt mr goh.b4 i could even call him... i saw him walking towards his car,open the door n droved away...i was standing tere...sianz 1/2 n wen i turn n see...i saw ssl walking towards my direction:p as usual...a frenly hello from him n he asked him if i was looking for someone...n i complained to him that i was looking for mr goh n he juz drove the car away b4 i could even stop him.he laughed n told me perhaps he will come back at a later time..hahathis is not the interesting part....
Ms L was waiting train at the platform hoping she could meet Mr S once again...tere....she saw him walking to mrt station...
she stood tere,pretending to act calm(looking around)
he came,walked to her side
Mr S :'hi!we met again..."
Ms L:"ya...u so late huh.."
Mr S(laughed) :"haha....6.40pm...wasnt very late..i used to work even later in the past.."
Ms L:"Oh....overtime huh...got overtime pay la...haha"
Mr S(laughed):" no la....for we all...no overtime pay..."
Ms L :"Sir..i m stress.. :( "
Mr S(laughed) :"over HMT lab reports?"
Ms L:" no la...common tests lor..."
Mr S:"haha..you got 1 week break to enjoy b4 ur tests.."
Ms L: haha..cannot la..."
the train came...they went into the last cabin.
Ms L: er..i m curious abt ur chinese name...hw izzit written..?"
Mr S went on toking abt his chinese name...n ms L was"WOW" in her heart..
Ms L: " i tok to mr albert yong regarding the university thing.."
Ms L:" it's so hard to get to uni..."
Mr S:" wad did he told u?"
Mr S:"perhaps i can help you check out sths from NUS...."
Mr S:"but...i tink ur o level results...u can go to JC rite?what did you get for ur best 6?
Ms L:"oh....18 or 19 lor...i cant remember..."
Mr S:" hmm....u can go to a jc...y did u chose to come poly?"
Ms L: " i tot poly graduates can find jobs more easily than jc students....."
Mr S:"it's true in a way...u can get into uni more easier if u go jc..."
Ms L:"you r from JC to uni de rite...?
Mr S nodded his head...suddenly both went into silent..Ms L dunno hw to continue...
Ms L:"this thursday u going to enjoy with the rest huh?"
Mr S:"no...i will be working..."
Ms L:"y?"
Mr S:"y huh...i want to finish my work by this friday...den i will be enjoying with my family from saturday onwards...so you wun be seeing me again nxt mon..."
both started to tok abt sem pro....toking abt those yr 1 students...n...
Mr S start to ask Ms L abt her job..
Mr S:" you still working?"
Ms L:"no...recently no...mum is taking over me for this period of time...so meaning to say...i most prob will be working ard 2 days per week...."
Mr S:" but..wad is your working hours again?"
Ms L:"6-10pm..."
Mr S:" so...meaning to say u reached home at 11pm...n u sleep at 12am..."
Ms L:"er...no...i sleep at 1.30am...de...so meaning to say if thurs lec at 8am...i gotta wake up at 6.30am..."
Mr S:"oh....so....you wil be tired...n you might not absorb as much as wen u r not tired..."
Ms L:"er...for studies i m alrite...i can still understand,do my tutorials n reports..."
Ms L:"juz that...wen i m tired...my temper isnt very good....u noe...the feeling of tiredness..."
Mr S(laughed):"haha....hmm..."(he was nodding his head as if he really understand hw Ms L feels...)
Mr S:"but i juz dun understand...hw come you couldnt get very very very...u noe that kind of gd results...given by the effort u put...i juz cant find a reason y.."
Ms L:"hw cum u haf such high expectations on me...i m not smart..."
Mr S:" i can see the effort u r putting in..definately u put in more than other ppl...ok la...to get A*in nyp...sometimes it's by luck...but it's not hard to get A for all modules..."
Ms L:"sigh...i dunhaf that luck la...."
Mr S:"haha..."
Ms L:"Sir..u took train everyday to n fro....so far away~"
Mr S:"haha..ok la.."
the train stopped at woodlands..
Ms L:" bye bye...!"
Mr S:"bye...see ya...!"
i got more determination to do well....bye..
i din live my life wif regrets this time...
